Bird watchers and nature lovers should not miss the ‘Bird Watching’ festival conducted in the month of January every year at Maharana Pratap Sagar Lake (Pong Dam), one of the biggest ‘man-made’ lakes of India. Various birds like terns, black bucks, Siberian birds can be seen near the lake. One can catch a glimpse of nearly 200 species of birds during the December – February months.
